A-V maintains a stock of loanable equipment for video and audio recording and presentation of audio-visual material. Equipment is checked out through the Dinand Library’s Sierra circulation system and is loaned on an overnight basis; longer loan times can be arranged based on item demand or time of year. Borrowers will need a valid Holy Cross ID and are responsible for returning all loaned items in good, undamaged working condition.

Equipment reservations are made by contacting the A-V office at ext. 3414, filling out an online form, or by emailing AudioVisual@holycross.edu to check if the equipment you want to borrow is available for the time when you need it.
