Audio-Visual Services has primary responsibility for repairs, maintenance and upgrades of AV equipment in the academic spaces on campus. For equipment installed by the A-V department, repairs and maintenance is provided without charge to other departments.
For administrative, academic departmental or project-funded equipment, repairs and maintenance are provided on a cost of materials basis when the equipment can be repaired by the A-V department. If the equipment needs to be sent out for repairs, A-V Services will arrange this for the department who owns the equipment, but the department is responsible for all payments to the outside vendor.
