Our Mission

Holy Cross is dedicated to the health and wellbeing of the community. The Campus & Community Health Team serves to monitor routine illness and emerging diseases, implement preventative health measures, and provide guidance and education to community members.

What We Do

The Campus & Community Health Team monitors different health issues that may affect our members of our community. While we largely cover COVID protocols and precautions, we also cover other respiratory and infectious diseases. We analyze data that we gather on campus, but we also monitor trends that may be seen in the greater Worcester community, statewide and even country wide. We aim to take precautionary measures and have plans in place to manage infectious diseases that we may see on campus. We also put mitigation measures in place to protect members of our community. You may have seen some of these mitigation measures previously like a mask advisory, testing, isolation and quarantine.
