Meal Plans

Dining Services offers two meal plan options for students: the Resident Meal Plan and the Apartment Plan. All resident students are required to have a meal plan and will be automatically assigned to the Resident Meal Plan. At this time, only students who are part of the College's testing protocol will be allowed to purchase a Meal Plan.

Resident Meal Plan - $3,640

This plan provides unlimited meals in Kimball Main Dining Room, the College’s all-you-care-to-eat dining room located on the top floor of Kimball Hall. Come and go as often as you'd like throughout the day during operating hours. The Resident Meal Plan offers Dining Dollars which can be used at our retail locations across campus. Dining Dollars do not "roll over" and must be used before the end of the semester.

Residential students will automatically be assigned the Resident Meal Plan.

  • Unlimited meals in Kimball Main Dining Room
  • $425 dining dollars per semester to be used in all dining locations
  • 8 meal swipes (total) per week at Lower Kimball Food Court and D'Agostino Cafe
  • All Dining Dollars must be used before the end of the semester or be forfeited

Apartment Plan - $1,500

  • $1,500.00 dining dollars per semester to be used in all dining locations
  • Available only to residents of Figge Hall, Williams Hall or off-campus students
  • All Dining Dollars must be used before the end of the semester or be forfeited

Off-Campus Students may select either meal plan. Dining Dollars can be spent in any dining location (Kimball Main Dining Room, Crossroads, Cool Beans, Lobby Shop, Kimball Food Court, and D'Agostino Cafe). Dining Dollars and meal swipes do not roll over from semester to semester or year to year.  Any balance is forfeited.  

Summer Meal Plans 2021

The summer meal plans are designed to offer value and convenience for those students on campus during the summer months. Summer meal plans are valid from May 24-August 14, 2021 and will be billed to you on your summer 2021 bill.  Any unused dining dollars will expire after August 14, 2021 and are non-refundable and non-transferable. To purchase a summer meal plan, email Willow Davey at wdavey@holycross.edu.

The 500 Plan
Designed for students who will visit our locations frequently throughout the summer term(s). This best value plan includes $50 bonus dollars for a total of $550 Dining Dollars for only $500. 

The 400 Plan
Designed for students who will dine with us less frequently. This plan includes $40 bonus dollars for a total of $440 Dining Dollars for only $400. 

The 300 Plan
Designed for students who would like to visit our locations on occasion. This plan includes $30 bonus dollars for a total of $330 Dining Dollars for only $300.

Additional Dining Dollars may be purchased in $50 increments during the summer.
 

*Your student I.D. card (OneCard) is required for access to any Dining location.
