S.A.D.E.R. is an acronym for Student Ambassadors Developing External Relations. S.A.D.E.R. works to improve the relationship between Holy Cross students and residents of the College Hill and South Worcester neighborhoods.

Do you feel that you want to cultivate better cooperation and communication with residents on College Hill and around Worcester? Then SADER is perfect for you!  We do a variety of activities including: organizing the Easter Egg Hunt and October “Trick or Treat,” aiding the College Hill Civic Association in hosting spaghetti dinners and planning other projects, participating in “Red Cup” pick-ups after Spring Weekend, and holding off-campus clothing drives.

S.A.D.E.R. meets once a week, similar to other organizations on campus. Meetings are held on Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. Our activities and planning vary month to month. Within the month of a major event we will be very busy but our schedule fluctuates so some months are more intense than others.

All off-campus and on-campus students are welcome to apply. We find that a balance of students both on and off campus ensures that S.A.D.E.R. works most efficiently.
