RCIA

RCIA, or the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults, offers the opportunity for students to begin, finish, or continue learning about the Roman Catholic faith and way of life.

The process of becoming Catholic is a journey of faith. You think of who you truly are, who you see yourself becoming, and what God offers you in this life. You learn to see faith and God all around you and come to a greater appreciation for the Scriptures and Catholic life. It promotes self-reflection and awareness through discussion and exploration of faith.

This program is available to anyone who is interested in joining the Church, who has never been baptized into the Catholic tradition.

For a baptized person, the process can vary depending on the prior life experience, training and religious formation of the individual. For an unbaptized person, the process is a little longer depending on the needs of the individual.
