Lucía Paz Moskowich-Spiegel

¡Hola a todos!

You can call me Moskowich—don’t bother with my name, no one calls me that!—and I am going to be one of your FLAs for Spanish this year. I would love to tell you a bit about me: I am 22 and native to the Spanish Northwest, to wet and windy A Coruña. I have two degrees in English and am finishing my Master’s in English Linguistics, and I also have a degree in Piano (I am a bit too rusty for my liking on that, though!). I’ve also worked for Holy Cross from Spain and have been told wonders from the students I met, so how could I miss this opportunity? I also briefly visited the US years ago, but it left me wanting more and to truly know what the country is like.

I’ll tell you a bit more about me: I absolutely love travelling and meeting new places—I’ve even lived in Ireland for a while! I also love all animals, but my old little chihuahua Pepe is my little heart. I also love videogames, reading and going to the gym, so a bit of everything!

I am very excited to help you learn Spanish and to be able to share my culture. I hope we can become quite close!

¡Hasta pronto!
