Textbook return policy
Textbooks must be returned through the online site through which they were purchased.
Merchandise return policy
Merchandise (clothing and gifts) may be returned within 60 business days of the date of purchase accompanied by both the original cash register receipt and the new, undamaged merchandise.
All refunds will be made based on method of payment
If your puchase was made with:
- cash, you will receive a cash refund.
- a credit/debit card, a refund will be made to the same credit card. You must have the credit card with you at the time of refund.
- a gift card, we will credit another gift card.
- a personal check, we will credit a gift card.
