November: Month of Remembrance

If we have died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him. (Romans 6,8.)

October 2024

Dear Alumni, Parents and Friends,

During the month of November, the Church traditionally remembers those whom God has called through death to eternal life. The Jesuits at Holy Cross invite our alumni, parents and friends to join them during this month in professing our common faith and hope that those who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death and will live in newness of life with God forever (Romans 6:3-4).

In each Mass celebrated by members of the Jesuit Community at Holy Cross during November, our deceased alumni, parents, friends and relatives will be especially remembered. To make this remembrance more personal and explicit to each of us, we ask you to add the names of your beloved departed to the online form by clicking the button below. Submitted names will be printed and placed in the Jesuit Community’s chapel and in St. Joseph Memorial Chapel.

It is our privilege to offer these Masses both as a prayerful remembrance of your loved ones and in appreciation of your many kindnesses to us.

Sincerely yours,
