Salut tout le monde! My name is Samira, I am 22 years old, and I am a student in Political Sciences in Strasbourg. This year I will have the honor to be one of your French language assistants. I was born in Morocco, but I came to France very early, when I was 4 years old, and I fell in love with this beautiful country right away. I am very much looking forward to helping you discover it through my classes and activities. Since last September, I have been giving private lessons in parallel to my studies and teaching has become a very important part of my life.
Besides that, even if it's not very original, I love dancing, writing, watching movies, traveling and reading. I am very involved with UNICEF, as I want to have a career in international development and humanitarian aid later on.
In the meantime, starting in September, a new life at Holy Cross awaits me with you and I will do my best to make sure that at the end of the year you will love and know France as much as I do. For me, learning a new language is like having another window to the world, and I will make sure that you all have a second one. A très bientôt!
