¡Hola a todos!
My name is Claudia, and I am going to be one of the Spanish FLAs this year. I am 21
years old and I come from the northwest of Spain, specifically from a little town in Galicia
called A Coruña. We have the most beautiful beaches and nature, so if you ever come to
Spain, you know where to go!
Just last year I finished my degree in English Studies, and now I am studying a
Master's Degree in Teacher Training specialized in languages and literature. I also have a
Bachelor's Degree in Piano so, as you can guess, music and languages are two of my passions.
I have travelled to many countries and even lived abroad for a while (Poland), but I can't wait
to visit the United States for the first time! It's been a dream of mine for ages, especially since
I have a friend who lives there. Also, as a bonus, I will let you know that I am obsessed with
my cat, Ben (named Benedict after my favorite actor), I love video games and I can speak
Galician, English, Spanish and Italian (though my Italian is a bit rusty!).
I will definitely try my best to help you learn about Spanish and, hopefully, I will also
be able to show you a little bit of my culture. I look forward to meeting you all and I can't
be more excited for what's to come.
