EthicsPoint is a third-party reporting tool for Holy Cross community members to anonymously report misconduct within the Holy Cross community.
Your report is sent to a third-party company, EthicsPoint, which is owned and managed by NAVEX Global. EthicsPointwill relay the information to the appropriate College official (generally the Chief Compliance Officer or Title IX Coordinator) who will determine the appropriate response, based upon the information contained in your report and existing protocols.
Because these reports go to a third party, the College cannot obtain IP information and reports to EthicsPoint may be fully anonymous. You may also choose to identify yourself.
Use this form to report student behavior (excluding Title IX / Equal Opportunity and Academic Misconduct) that may constitute a violation of the College's Community Standards Process and Procedures.
Use this form to report concerning behaviors related to COVID-19 policy compliance.
Please contact the appropriate Class Dean to report a known or suspected incident of academic dishonesty.
