Check out some useful online resources to maintain your daily well-being! 


All students have free access to FitessOnDemand, a fitness streaming service that provides convenient access to fitness classes from anywhere via the FitnessOnDemand app or web browser. Classes include HIIT, cardio equipment workouts, core strength, stretching, yoga, dance, martial arts, and more.  Please note that you must use your Holy Cross email address to create your account.
