The Ciocca Center offers numerous workshops and other opportunities that provide both technical skills and a broad business perspective to help you launch your career.
The opportunities listed below are offered in the context of certificate programs for each of the following:
- Certificate in Business Fundamentals
- Certificate in Entrepreneurship
- Certificate in Finance and Banking
The following opportunities are available to all students from all class years and majors. When applicable, preference is generally given to those participating in a Business Certificate Program. Please speak with an advisor if you have questions.
All workshops are open to students of all majors and class years.

Identify your major as either quantitative or qualitative and enroll in a course to add value to your liberal arts education and expand your skill set.
Build upon your liberal arts education and learn the ins and outs of the fundamentals of starting a venture and keeping a company relevant.

Bring your business idea to fruition by taking part in our annual Shark Tank competition (yes, it’s based on the TV show!).
