The Center for Writing supports faculty and students as they pursue the Ignatian concept eloquentia perfecta: eloquence in persuasive speech and writing produced for the common good. In support of this tradition and the College’s mission to pursue excellence in teaching, learning and research, the Center provides consultations, workshops and programming to support writers and communicators at any stage of the writing process.
The Center for Inclusive Excellence in Teaching (CIET) is dedicated to fostering inclusive teaching and cultivating transformational learning experiences to enable all students to flourish. We engage with faculty and colleagues across the college to enhance reflective and innovative teaching practices, support pedagogical inquiry, and promote student-centered pedagogical practices that are grounded in the scholarship of teaching and learning.
