Rob Murner joined Holy Cross in the spring of 2019 as an adjunct professor. Prior to that he spent 30 years as a strategic and global executive where he focused on building enterprise value for public, private, and start-up organizations in the aerospace & defense, materials sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, and software industries. Rob is a graduate of the University of Michigan (Aerospace Engineering), and Wright State University (MBA). He is a life member of the Beta Gamma Sigma academic honor society and U of M alumni community.

Cassie manages the operations, student programming and marketing communications for the Center. She is the advisor for the business clubs and the Women in Business Conference organizing committee. She currently serves on the board of ArtsWorcester, served on the Worcester Women's Leadership Committee for three years, and is a 2020 graduate of the Leadership Worcester Program. Cassie holds a B.A. in communications and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education Leadership and Administration towards an M.Ed. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Kathy handles all logistical details for the Center. As a supporter for HCF1RST students, she welcomes opportunities to engage this community. She earned her associate degree in marketing from Massachusetts Bay Community College. She first started at Holy Cross in 2006 working in the Center for Career Development.
