Rob Murner joined Holy Cross in the spring of 2019 as an adjunct professor. Prior to that he spent 30 years as a strategic and global executive where he focused on building enterprise value for public, private, and start-up organizations in the aerospace & defense, materials sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, and software industries. Rob is a graduate of the University of Michigan (Aerospace Engineering), and Wright State University (MBA). He is a life member of the Beta Gamma Sigma academic honor society and U of M alumni community.

Cassie manages the operations, student programming and oversees the marketing communications for the Center. She is the advisor for the business clubs and the Women in Business Conference organizing committee. She currently serves on the board of ArtsWorcester, served on the Worcester Women's Leadership Committee from 2018-2020, and is a graduate of the Leadership Worcester Program, Class of 2020. Cassie holds a B.A. in communications and a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education Leadership and Administration, currently pursuing an M.Ed. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Gabe joined Holy Cross in 2023, and currently manages the marketing communication efforts for the Center. Prior to that he worked in the real estate and affordable housing industries, where he held marketing positions for both. Gabe is a graduate of Lesley University and was also a baseball team member. He holds a B.A. in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing and Brand Design.

Kathy handles all logistical details for the Center. As a supporter for HCF1RST students, she welcomes opportunities to engage this community. She earned her associate degree in marketing from Massachusetts Bay Community College. She first started at Holy Cross in 2006 working in the Center for Career Development.
