Hospitality Services is responsible for scheduling campus venues and managing resources for events and functions. We assist both the Holy Cross community and off-campus groups, organizations and associations. Our goal is to offer exceptional one-stop service in an environment of inclusivity to ensure the success of your event.
Our mission is to provide high quality services in event management and to be the centralized events information center for the Holy Cross community. Our experienced event coordinators actively promote the use of college venues and services to off-campus groups and organizations.
The knowledgeable and dedicated events team is committed to exceeding your expectations whether your group is planning a small meeting in a comfortable space or organizing a multifaceted program in our grand ballroom and 17 breakout rooms. Large or small — 20 people or 300 people — we guarantee the execution of a flawless event.
