Rice Square School Day of Gratitude and Community Thanksgiving Feast

Celebrating gratitude, community, and the connections that bring us together!

When: Wednesday, November 18, 2026
Time: 10:00 AM–1:30 PM
Where: Rice Square School Gym

Purpose: Bring students, staff, community members, and volunteers together to reflect on gratitude and celebrate our school community through a Thanksgiving Feast for Rice Square students.

Gratitude Reflection Activity: Each participant will identify one thing they are grateful for this Thanksgiving season and write it on a leaf. These leaves will be added to our Tree of Gratitude in the gym, creating a shared visual representation of the appreciation, kindness, and connections that strengthen our community.

Community Thanksgiving Feast: A Thanksgiving meal for Rice Square students, made possible through the generosity of the College of the Holy Cross and the support of our community members and volunteers.
