Description
Strong working relationships are built through conversations that create trust, understanding, and connection. This session will explore how we communicate across different perspectives and experiences, particularly when conversations require greater curiosity and care. Participants will consider ways to listen well, navigate differences, and contribute to a workplace built on psychological safety where people feel respected, heard, and able to engage authentically with one another.
