Jeffrey Bernstein

Biography

Jeffrey Bernstein received his Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University.  His current work concerns the relation between philosophy and Jewish thought. His first book, Leo Strauss on the Borders of Judaism, Philosophy, and History, was released by SUNY Press in 2015. His co-edited volume, Leo Strauss and Contemporary Thought: Reading Strauss Outside the Lines, was released by SUNY Press in 2020.
