COVID-19 Update
The Office of the Registrar has returned to normal operations. While we will be on campus, we are still looking to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19, and we encourage you to reach us via email at registrars@holycross.edu. If you need to see us in person, please email to set up an appointment.
Please note that we will not hold enrollment verifications or transcripts for pick-up. Instead, for current students, we can send it to your Holy Cross campus mailbox. We continue to encourage students and alumni from the Class of 2003 and later to consider submitting requests for electronic official transcripts through the National Student Clearinghouse. For quickest transcript processing, for those from the Class of 2002 or earlier, if possible, we kindly ask that you email (not fax or mail) your Holy Cross Transcript Request form to our office at registrars@holycross.edu or that you submit a request for paper official transcript through the National Student Clearinghouse.
NOTE: Processing times for official transcripts have returned to normal, which means approximately 2-3 business days.
Transcripts at Holy Cross
An official transcript of the College record will be issue by this office either with the written consent of the student or by electronic request made through the National Student Clearing house. Transcript requests cannot be accepted over the phone. All official transcripts bear the signature of the Registrar of the College, and paper official transcripts also bear the impression of the Seal of the College.
