Visitor Registration

Students are welcome to host guests in accordance with the College Guest Policy on page 31 of the Community Standards Process and Procedures.

For non-students to visit campus, Holy Cross requires a two-step process:

  1. Visitor registration (setup once by each visitor)
  2. Student Visitor Pass (setup by student, needed for each visit)
  3. Step-by-step instructions to completing visitor registration and creating a guest pass

Please note, visitors under the age of 18 will not be able to register using this form. Students planning to host an underage visitor must submit a request via e-mail to Requests must include the underage visitor's full name, relationship to the student, gender, date of birth, e-mail address, mobile phone number, home address, and a recent photo of the visitor, as well as the visitor's emergency contact's full name, e-mail address, mobile phone number, and an e-mail from the underage visitor's parent/guardian giving their permission for the visit. Incomplete requests or requests submitted on the same day as the visit may not be approved.
