Students are welcome to host guests in accordance with the College Guest Policy in the Community Standards Process and Procedures handbook.
For non-students to visit campus, Holy Cross requires a two-step process:
- Visitor registration (setup once by each visitor)
- Student Visitor Pass (setup by student, required for each visit)

Students planning to host an underage visitor must submit a request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Requests must include the underage visitor's full name, relationship to the student, gender, date of birth, e-mail address, mobile phone number, home address, and a recent photo of the visitor, as well as the visitor's emergency contact's full name, email address, mobile phone number, and an email from the underage visitor's parent/guardian giving their permission for the visit.
Visitors under the age of 18 will not be able to register using this form.
Incomplete requests or requests submitted on the same day as the visit may not be approved.
