Fall 2024 Semester Move-In
First-Year Students
Move-in for the Class of 2028 will take place Wednesday, August 21, 2024. More information will be provided throughout the summer.
Returning Students
- Returning students (Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors) can move in on Sunday, August 25 - Monday, August 26, 2024.
Times
First-year students should sign up for time slots on their given move-in days. Information and directions will be sent to students once the process has been finalized, usually a week before move-in is to take place.

Personal Property Insurance
The College of the Holy Cross assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to a resident’s personal property, nor is the College responsible for property during move-in/move out or left during vacation periods or after termination of residency. Purchasing property insurance to cover loss or damage to personal property or extending homeowners’ property insurance to cover loss or damage is strongly encouraged. Shipping Items Prior to Arrival
You may ship personal belongings to the College prior to your arrival to the address listed below. It is up to you to insure these items. Please address all shipments as follows:

Roommates and Housing Assignments
Students can access their room and roommate assignment information via The Housing Director - Self-Service system.
