HPHC Wellness Reimbursement (Formerly Fitness Reimbursement)

$300 for up to 2 covered Harvard Pilgrim members (employees can earn up to $150 for themselves and $150 for a family member). In 2024, the activity fees eligible for reimbursement have expanded to include nutrition and mindfulness programs. Submit the form below via your HPHC member account (see My Member Account sheet below). Participants must be a member of the HPHC plan for 4 months in the calendar year before submitting for reimbursement.

HPHC up to $150 Weight Management Reimbursement

Reimbursement is up to $150 per calendar year (i.e., January-December) in total for qualified weight management program fees for the Harvard Pilgrim subscriber and/or their dependents. Programs that qualify for the weight management reimbursement are WW (Weight Watchers) digital program or workshop or a hospital-based weight management program. 

You may receive weight management reimbursement only once per calendar year and you must submit for reimbursement by March 31 of the following year, with all necessary receipts. You may submit for reimbursement after you have accumulated up to $150 in weight management program expenses.

DetecTogether

Your Roadmap to Early Detection Cancer Screening Holy Cross has partnered with a local non-profit organization, DetecTogether, to educate employees about the importance of early cancer detection, improve survival rates, and reduce the cost and complexity of cancer treatment. DetecTogether is available at no cost to you and includes access to an on-demand library, live webinars, and more.

ESI Wellness Program

Holy Cross is proud to announce that the ESI Wellness Program is back on campus. ESI Services has been helping Holy Cross employees relieve painful symptoms since 2014.

This program is brought to you by the Department of Human Resources. We believe this proactive initiative will help reduce workers' compensation claims and will support the health and wellbeing of our workforce.

  • Do you have a sore back, neck, or shoulders?
  • Do you have common aches and pains or an old sports injury?
