Slow Flow Yoga with Lilly
6-week slow flow yoga classes will be offered Mondays and Wednesdays from March 8 - April 16 via Zoom. The cost of the session is $30/class. Register for the yoga sessions. All levels welcome. A recording of each class will be available for 48-hours after the class.
Cardio Interval Training
Take a 30-minute break from your day to get moving right from your own workspace. Feel stronger and get your heart pumping while working through various body weight and cardio exercises. No equipment necessary and all levels welcome. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:00 pm. Register for the exercise break and access the Zoom link.
Start your year off developing healthy habits by playing Wellness Bingo. Aim to complete a row to get bingo or complete all of the suggested challenges. Register at this link. Challenge sheet will follow upon registration.
Healthy Health Plan - Get your $100 in 2021

Intro to Meditation
Need some peace and calm in the new year? Commit to begin a meditation practice. Join Jenn Coode, Wellness Manager, for these introductory classes to learn more about meditation and learn a couple practices. Thursdays, March 11 and 25 at 1 pm. Access Intro to Meditation via this Zoom link.
Meditation can help you feel calmer and more centered, especially during times of such uncertainty. Join Jenn Coode daily for a 10-15 minute meditation. Mon 3pm/Tues 1pm/Wed 11 am/Thurs 9am/Fri 2pm. No experience is necessary. Zoom link for daily meditation.
1:1 Wellness or Department Meeting Check-ins
Check-in and discuss/set goals for personal lifestyle changes as the fall semester gets started. Contact Worksite Wellness Manager, Jenn Coode @ email@example.com, to set up a virtual appointment. Jenn is also available to attend any portion of a department/division meeting to facilitate wellness discussions and/or engage faculty and staff in stretching, breathing, meditation.

Need a new path to better handle your anxiety or want to improve your relationship with food? Unwinding Anxiety and Eat Right Now are a combination of 24-hour app support, daily mindfulness practices, and virtual individual support that offer a comprehensive approach to helping you transform your relationship with anxiety or food. Quit to Win Tobacco Treatment Program
Do you know how much you could save by quitting? Calculate your cost of smoking. Have you considered quitting but aren't sure how to get started?
