Handshake

The College of the Holy Cross Center for Career Development provides the Handshake job posting website as a service to students and alumni.  The Center for Career Development is not responsible for any misrepresentations or guarantees made by the organizations or positions posted through Handshake or the NACElink Network.  It is the responsibility of the candidate to thoroughly research each employer and opportunity for which he/she chooses to apply.  The Center for Career Development is not responsible for wages, working conditions, safety, or other work-related issues that may occur after accepting an offer with an employer through Handshake.  The Center for Career Development has no control over the opportunities promoted through the NACElink Network, and encourages all students and alumni to use their best judgment when applying to these opportunities.

The College of the Holy Cross Center for Career Development prohibits the posting of opportunities that require the remission of funds by its employees or participants.  Under no circumstance should a candidate remit payment to an employer or opportunity advertised through Handshake.  If a candidate has questions about a particular employer or opportunity, he/she should speak with a professional staff member in the Center for Career Development before proceeding.

The College does not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, or any other protected categories in any of its programs or activities, and any otherwise qualified student may apply to take part in any listed program.
