Director of Academic Services and Learning Resources
Kelly joined Holy Cross in 2018 as the Director of Academic Services and Learning Resources. Her work has been grounded in student access and success, which has grown through her extensive experience in working with diverse populations of students. She is passionate about leveraging her experience as a first-generation college student to contribute to the development and success of all students. Kelly holds B.A. degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Boston College. She also has a master’s degree from Boston University’s School of Education in Policy, Planning, and Administration with a concentration in Higher Education Administration. In her free time, Kelly enjoys cooking/baking and spending time with friends and family.
Associate Director of Academic Services and Learning Resources
Justine joined Academic Services and Learning Resources in 2014. In her role as Associate Director, Justine assists students with their individual academic plans, serves as a First-Year Advisor, directs Passport and The Mentor Program. A graduate of Guilford College with degrees in mathematics and music, Justine earned her M.S. in Mathematics from the University of Tennessee in 2014. Outside of ASLR, Justine enjoys baking and spending time with her family.
Chris joined Holy Cross in the Fall of 2021 as the Assistant Director of Academic Services and Learning Resources. Chris is in charge of our Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) program and STEM+E tutors. Chris holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Salem State University, a M. Ed concentrated in Curriculum and Instruction (Chemistry) from Gordon College, and a graduate certificate in Higher Education Leadership and Administration from UMass Amherst. He holds an initial teaching license in high school chemistry. In his free time, Chris enjoys travelling and spending time with his dog, family, and friends.
Administrative Assistant, Academic Services and Learning Resources
Stephanie has been with Holy Cross since 2005. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
