Students can meet with staff in ASLR for Drop-In Hours to discuss a variety of topics including success strategies relating to time management, study tips, and more!

Director of Academic Services and Learning Resources
Kelly joined Holy Cross in 2018 as the Director of Academic Services and Learning Resources. Her work has been grounded in student access and success, which has grown through her extensive experience in working with diverse populations of students. She is passionate about leveraging her experience as a first-generation college student to contribute to the development and success of all students. Kelly holds B.A. degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Boston College. She also has a master’s degree from Boston University’s School of Education in Policy, Planning, and Administration with a concentration in Higher Education Administration. In her free time, Kelly enjoys cooking/baking and spending time with friends and family.
Associate Director of Academic Services and Learning Resources
Justine joined Academic Services and Learning Resources in 2014. In her role as Associate Director, Justine assists students with their individual academic plans, serves as a First-Year Advisor, directs Passport and The Mentor Program. A graduate of Guilford College with degrees in mathematics and music, Justine earned her M.S. in Mathematics from the University of Tennessee in 2014. Outside of ASLR, Justine enjoys baking and spending time with her family.
Assistant Director of Academic Services and Learning Resources
Haneen joined Holy Cross in 2018 as the Assistant Director for ASLR. She has a background in tutoring, advising, and financial aid. She graduated with her M.S. in Applied Communications from Fitchburg State University and her B.A. in English from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Haneen directs the PAL program and tutoring services offered through ASLR, including the STEM+E Workshop and Group Peer Tutoring.
Administrative Assistant, Academic Services and Learning Resources
Stephanie has been with Holy Cross for 15 years. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
