Fees, Accommodations, and Travel

Fees

The registration fee for students is $200 which includes all materials, activities, meals, room and linens.

The registration fee for parents/guardians is $70/person which includes all materials, activities, meals. Parents can stay on-campus for an additional fee of $50 (either single or double occupancy).

Checks and major credit cards are accepted.

Accommodations

Students

Students will stay on campus in a standard double residence hall room. On each student hallway there are common bathrooms. On-campus housing for students includes bed linens, pillow, and a towel. We encourage students to bring a small fan. 

Parents

Parents have the choice to stay on campus for a fee of $50/room or may make arrangements to stay off campus at one of many local hotels. Parent rooms are single or double occupancy (twin beds), with private bathrooms. On-campus housing for parents includes bed linens, pillow, and a towel.

Meals

Meals for both students and parents will include: continental breakfast, lunch and dinner, on the first day; breakfast and lunch, on the second day. Vegetarian options will be provided at all meals. When you register online please indicate any dietary restrictions. 

Travel

If you are traveling a far distance we can make arrangements for students and parents on campus the evening before the program begins. If you are interested please make note in your registration and contact our office directly 508-793-2603.
