Get to know Worcester and the many ways your new home city can shape your Holy Cross education. Worcester's cultural and recreational scene continues to grow and thrive. Join us for a tour that highlights the developments in Worcester that speak to both its history and its future. Joining us will be Holy Cross Alum, Che Anderson, class of 2011. A Manhattan native, Che now resides in Worcester. He works at City Hall as staff assistant to the city manager – and to the city-wide art festival that secured Anderson’s choice as 2016 Person of the Year. He was largely responsible for getting POW! WOW! Worcester, a week-long event that brought a team of artists from around the country and the world to the 2nd largest city in New England for the first-ever mural festival on the east coast, to Worcester. We will view murals from the 2016, 2017 and most recent summer 2019 POW! WOW! Worcester events. Pay attention and you might even win a few prizes.
Registration closes Friday, August 23. First come, first serve. Must send checks payable to College of the Holy Cross. Checks must be received by Tuesday, August 27. Trips are non-refundable, unless a trip is canceled due to extreme weather. We recommend student athletes check with their coaches before registering for a trip.
