Incendia Leadership Certificate

The College of the Holy Cross Incendia Leadership Certificate is a yearlong, comprehensive leadership experience for student leaders. Incendia Leadership Certificate utilizes the Holy Cross co-curricular cornerstones and leadership development theory as a framework. Incendia employs existing Holy Cross programs, staff and faculty mentors, cohort discussions, and workshops to develop leadership skills in student participants.

  • Modeling the Way
  • Inspiring a Shared Vision
  • Multicultural Competency
  • Cura Personalis and Self Care
  • The Art of Reflection: Who am I , Who do I hope to become and Who shall I be for others?
  • Encouraging the Heart, Empowering Others
  • Vocational Discernment

 

Students who apply should identify a faculty or staff mentor who will work with them through their yearlong certificate program. Participants will be selected based on: demonstrated potential for leadership development and growth, individual and cohort diversity of background and experience, academic and co- curricular excellence. The role of the mentor will primarily take place away from Incendia Leadership Certificate workshops and experience. Mentors serve to help students make greater meaning of their Incendia Leadership Certificate experience.
