Arrangements can be made to allow for reasonable academic accommodations in the classroom. Based on a review of documentation and an interactive process with the student, reasonable accommodations will be provided on a case by case basis. It is recommended that student initiate the process before August 1st for the fall semester and before December 1st for the spring semester. Students are responsible for picking up their accommodation letters and providing the letters to their faculty at the start of the semester. Students will receive an email once the letters are ready to be picked up for distribution. Processes for implementing individual accommodations, such as test proctor requests, will be explained in an individual meeting with the student as part of the interactive process.
