2019 IgnatianQ Conference

Join us for the 6th Annual IgnatianQ Conference hosted at the College of the Holy Cross from March 29-31, 2019.

IgnatianQ brings together students representing most of the 28 Jesuit universities in the United States, among others, for a series of events that explore the LGBTQIA+ identity within the context of Jesuit education. This year, the theme of the IgnatianQ conference will be “Magis: Translating Resilience into Activism.”  In the spirit of our Ignatian call for discerning the magis, we are challenging all participants to think intentionally about advocating for self, speaking out against injustice, and impacting change. We honor the legacy of the past five conferences and seek to incorporate past conference themes of acknowledgement (2014), contemplation (2015), celebration (2016), community (2017), and holistic care (2018). We also wish to build on these themes and look to the future as we focus on practicing activism in our community.

We are excited to host you here at the College of the Holy Cross!
