Workforce Development

Holy Cross Workforce Development aims to develop organizational and individual abilities to meet the current and future needs of the College.  This includes working with employees to foster a culture of equity, inclusion, and engagement; assisting with departmental change efforts, and offering relevant development programming. We also partner with local Worcester organizations in Community Engagement efforts within and beyond our campus community.

Our programs enable the growth and development of our employees in alignment with our Performance Management process. Our offerings include our Be Engaged and Be Inclusive series, and our Management Development Series, and our Leadership Development Programs.  All of our programs are designed to provide opportunities for employees, managers, and leaders to increase their knowledge, skills, and abilities in relation to our College’s core competencies:
