Instrumental/Vocal Lesson Agreement:
By signing up for instrumental/vocal lessons through the music department of the College of the Holy Cross, you understand and agree to the following:
1. The fee for ten 60 minute lessons is $650 per semester or $325 for ten 30 minute lessons per semester. You are responsible for paying the fees for instrumental/voice lessons, which will be placed on your student bill.
2. You remain responsible for the payment of any missed lessons. Instructors will put forth a good-faith effort to try to reschedule these lessons in a timely manner, subject to their discretion and availability.
3. If you wish to cancel your lessons, you may withdraw at any time for any reason with
forty-eight hours written notice of such cancellation to the music office coordinator, Alice Resker.
4. Cancellations are subject to the following reimbursement schedule:
a. Cancellations that occur from the first day of school to the Friday of the 4th week of classes if student has attended no more than two lessons: Student is entitled to a full reimbursement for any lessons he/she has not yet attended. Student is still responsible for the payment of any classes attended and/or missed.
b. Cancellations that occur from the first day of school to the Friday of the 4th week of classes, if student has attended three or more lessons: Student forfeits a reimbursement. Student is responsible for the payment of all lessons, whether or not student has attended them.
c. Cancellations that occur after the Friday of the 4th week of classes: Student forfeits a reimbursement. Student is responsible for the payment of all lessons, whether or not he/she has attended them.
