Summer Housing

Summer housing is available to current Holy Cross students only. To request summer housing, complete this form: Summer Housing Request Form

 

Move-in for Summer Housing is 9:30AM-4PM on Sunday, June 3rd. Students arriving after 4PM on June 3rd will need to contact the Summer RA staff by calling the phone number posted at the entrance of the residence hall. Students arriving after Sunday, June 3rd should contact summer staff to coordinate their check-in by e-mailing summerhousing@holycross.edu

 

Summer Housing closing is Saturday, August 4th. Students must vacate the summer residence hall by 5:00pm on Saturday, August 4th.

Summer Housing Amenities

Summer housing will be in Wheeler Hall, a traditional corridor style residence hall with common bathrooms on each floor. Bedrooms will be equipped with window air conditioning units. There is a full common kitchen and social spaces on the ground floor of Wheeler.

Summer Housing Rates

Summer housing for 2018 is $145/week for the 9 week period of June 3rd - August 4th.

Billing Schedule

Students not employed by the College during the summer must submit a $250 deposit to the Bursar's Office no later than Friday, June 8th or be required to vacate their summer assignment. Students are responsible for paying the full balance of the summer housing bill by August 1st, 2018. Students working on campus may choose to authorize a payroll deduction in order to have the weekly housing rate deducted directly from the paycheck each pay period. The payroll deduction authorization is included in the summer housing request form.

Dining

Full meal plans are not available for summer housing. A partial meal is available for purchase and listed below. Many dining locations on campus are open on a limited schedule: Dining Services Summer Hours

50 meal swipes and 100 dining dollars - $500

Parking

During the summer, students must park in the upper campus lots only. Student parking is not permitted in other lots or the parking garage. All students on campus during the summer most obtain a summer parking pass from the Department of Public Safety.
