Class of 2025

Dear Class of 2025,                                       

We would like to take the opportunity to welcome you to the Holy Cross community.

The beginning of the college experience is a very exciting time in your life as you embark on the road of academic discovery. We have prepared this section to provide you with information and to assist in questions you may have regarding your financial obligations.

We encourage you to take the time now to review the Tuition & Fees, Payment Plan Options and How Aid Works.  Prepare early and take advantage of the payment option that best fits your needs.  Please keep in mind that if you or your parents will be borrowing all or part of your cost of education, that loans may require up to six weeks to process and award.

We are also including information about the Student Health Insurance requirement and the option of enrolling in the Student Health Insurance program or the submission of a Health Insurance Waiver.  You will need your Holy Cross ID and Holy Cross email address to confirm your identity when submitting your waiver or enrolling in the insurance program.

The college offers students the option to purchase a Tuition Refund Plan from A.W.G. Dewars Inc. to supplement our refund policy should a student suffer a serious illness or accident and leave the college before the semester has concluded. Please take the time to review information about the Tuition Refund Plan.

Finally, we are including information regarding e-billing and granting on-line access to authorized users.  The College has developed a portal for parents and other authorized users to access our student information system (STAR), providing access to a student’s financial aid, and grades. Access to TouchNet Bill+Payment provides authorized users access to billing statements, payment plans and the payment portal.   Access is granted by you, the student. Access should be granted to BOTH STAR (Parent Portal) and TouchNet Bill+Payment.
