Hours and Location

Fall 2020 Operations 

Archives & Special Collections is open by appointment only for faculty, staff and students who are approved to reside on or access campus. All others will be considered on a case by case basis. Appointments may be requested by emailing archives@holycross.edu with at least 24 hours advance notice. Please include information about the materials you wish to see in your email. Generally, appointments will be available Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. All requests will be confirmed by a staff member via email. Please do not travel to the Archives if you do not receive a confirmation email from the department.

All appointments are subject to change and any changes will be communicated via email.

For the safety of all, no more than 2 researchers will be allowed at a time. All researchers must comply with the health and safety standards set by the college, which include but are not limited to wearing a mask at all times, maintaining a social distance from others, washing hands regularly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and staying home if feeling unwell. Additionally, researchers must comply with the Reading Room Usage guidelines.
