Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some frequently asked Reunion questions. Don’t hesitate to email the Office of Alumni Relations or call (508) 793-2418 if you need additional information.

 

Reunion registration information brochures/packets will mailed out in the spring. In the interest of being GREEN, Weekend A (June3-June5) registration will be ONLINE ONLY. Paper forms will be mailed to Weekend B (June 10-12) attendees. Simply fill out the Registration form and return it to the Alumni Office. Online registration for both weekends, will be available in early spring.

Ample parking is available on campus. Attendees are encouraged to rely solely on campus transportation to get to and from events.

For Weekend B attendees, bus/van service will be available throughout campus until 10:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and until noon on Sunday

On-campus housing is available (and encouraged) in our residence halls for our Reunion participants. Classes will be housed together.

Our housing staff provides each guest with bed linens, pillows, bath towels and soap. Please note that these supplies are not replenished daily. You may wish to bring extra towels, clothes hangers, shower sandals, a portable fan, or an iron. Laundry facilities are available in the basement of each residence hall.

The residence hall rooms feature wireless Internet access. Connection information will be provided in your Welcome Packets and from our information desk at Reunion.

Children are welcome to join the Alumni Picnic as well as Saturday and Sunday breakfasts. For children 4 years old or younger, there is no charge for the picnic. The cost for children 5-12 years old is $10. For breakfast, there will be an $8 charge for children ages 5-12. Kids 4 and under are free. Please indicate on the reservation form the names and ages of children attending.

Saturday evening includes a one-hour open bar reception, followed by a cash bar during the dinners.

Yes, Friends of Bill W. is offered both Friday and Saturday evenings of each reunion weekend.

Attire for daytime activities and Friday evening are casual. Attire for Friday's 65th, 60th and 55th class dinners and Saturday evening is a suit or jacket and tie for men, and a dress, skirt or pants suit for women.

Yes, the Bookstore will be open 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

All single reservations are subject to being assigned a roommate, depending on space requirements.
