  • US State Department Youth Leadership Prorgrams with Francophone Africa, 2011-2013.  A grant valued at $328, 000 to bring 60 high school students and teachers to Plattsburgh & Washington, DC for a three-week program in leadership development, community service/civic engagement, and participatory democracy.  Program director, 2011-2013.
  • SUNY Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Scholarship and Creative activity, 2011.
