Easter Break Plans Form
In order to plan capacity in dining locations and at the testing center, inform students about when they should test and what specific protocols apply to their case, and plan for compliance, we need all students to fill out the Easter Break Planning Form by Wednesday March 24.
Students are encouraged to stay local and minimize travel. Students are responsible for compliance with the Massachusetts travel order if it is in effect at the time.
Mandatory Testing Days & Hours
April 5 and 6 are mandatory testing days. Students who do not travel for the break should test on the 6th. Students who travel should test as they return on one of those two days.
Employees are discouraged from testing on the 5th and the 6th, and should instead test later in the week to ensure availability of appointment slots at the testing center.
Students who are in their 90 day COVID recovered window do not need to test on the mandatory testing days.
The testing center will be open the following hours on those days:
- April 5: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- April 6: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Regardless of when you test, please make sure to schedule your test in HC Clear.
On-campus residential students returning after the 5th and the 6th should arrive with a negative PCR test, and submit the results to Health Services. Students who cannot obtain a PCR test prior to their return after the 5th or the 6th will test on arrival and quarantine in Loyola until they obtain a negative result.
Students who are in their 90 day COVID recovered window do not need to submit a negative PCR or quarantine on arrival.
