RISING CASES

Cases were up this week, but more concerning, cases from yesterday's testing (not yet reflected above) are up significantly. Other colleges and universities in Worcester and Massachusetts are seeing the same. Some institutions have already been forced to go fully remote due to overwhelming case numbers.

We know there are a number of student gatherings planned this weekend. Be COVID-safe; wear a mask when indoors, including while in cars and buses. Try to keep some distance from others. Nobody wants to spend Thanksgiving in isolation.

THANKSGIVING WEEK TESTING CENTER HOURS

Monday 11/22: 9 a.m. - noon, 1 - 6 p.m.
Tuesday 11/23: 9 a.m. - noon, 1 - 5 p.m.
Wednesday 11/24 through Saturday 11/27: Closed
Sunday 11/28: Noon - 6 p.m.

All testing during the week prior to Thanksgiving will be individual PCR tests. If you will need PCR results for travel, send a message to iqcoordinator@holycross.edu for a record of your official results.

MANDATORY TESTING MONDAY AND TUESDAY NEXT WEEK

Due to the rising cases, and the Thanksgiving holiday, we’re requiring individual COVID-19 testing for all students still on campus next week.

MANDATORY POST-THANKSGIVING TESTING FOR STUDENTS

As a reminder, there is also mandatory testing for students before classes resume after break. All students must test on either Sunday 11/28 or Monday 11/29.

Whether you test on Sunday or Monday, this test will count towards your two required tests for the week of Nov. 29.
