COVID Response Team Update
Carrie Peck, Public Health Administrator working in Health Services will be taking over responsibility for the COVID Response Operations team, replacing David Shettler who is returning to ITS.
Carrie has been with the College since 2001, serving much of that time in the Library, and has recently obtained her Master’s degree in Community and Global Health. She has been working with the COVID team since the Spring, serving then as a contact tracer, and recently as the lead isolation and quarantine coordinator, and has been cross training in preparation for this transition over the last several weeks.
An Update to Masking Rules When Alone
If you are alone in an office space or other room, you may now unmask with the door open.
Please re-mask when others enter the space.
Testing During Thanksgiving Week
Testing Center Hours will be as follows:
• Monday 11/22: 9 a.m. - noon, 1 - 6 p.m.
• Tuesday 11/23: 9 a.m. - noon, 1 - 5 p.m.
• Wednesday 11/24 through Saturday 11/27: Closed
There will be mandatory testing for students before classes resume after break. All students must test on either Sunday 11/28 or Monday 11/29. Testing hours for those days will be finalized and announced soon.
All testing during those days will be individual PCRs.
If you will need PCR results for travel, please get tested as early as possible and send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org for a record of your official results.
