Student Voice Mail

General Description

All on-campus students are offered voice mail services via the College provided phone service. The Holy Cross voice mail service is a general means of communication throughout the college community.

Voice Mail Configuration and Functions

Configuration – Each voice mail box contains capacity and time limitations as follows:

Total number of messages allowed 20
Number of days new messages are kept 10
Number of days saved messages are kept 5
Maximum personal greeting length 30 seconds
Maximum message length 1 minute
Future delivery messages allowed 1
Future delivery up to 30 days
Maximum number of distribution lists 5
Maximum number of mailboxes per distribution list 25
Password length required 6 to 15 characters
