Student Billing
The College of the Holy Cross is pleased to provide telecommunications service and long distance service for students residing in resident halls. Holy Cross has contracted PAETEC Communications to provide long distance service for the College. PAETEC Communications offers a calling program with outstanding quality, flexibility and affordability to truly meet your calling options. Using the PAETEC Personal Billing Number (PBN) to stay connected, you will pay one rate at all times. Holy Cross's PAETEC service is provided by Holy Cross and is billed by PAETEC Communications.
Billing Questions or Adjustments:
- Billing adjustments need to be made within 30 days of the billing date.
- Payments can be charged to a American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa.
- Payments can be made by check or money order payable to PAETEC Communications.

Please note, you must pay your bill, in full, by the due date. Failure to make full payment of your bill by the due date may result in deactivation of your PBN. You will be unable to place calls until your PBN is reactivated.
PAETEC Communications has a web site, (www.campuslink.paetec.com), designed for you to access all of your account information and make transactions twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Their web site will allow you to:
- Obtain your current account balance
- Review your invoice and payment history
- Print a copy of your bill
- Pay your bill by American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa
- Verify Customer Service hours
