Transcript Requests

An official transcript of the College record will be issued by this office only with the written consent of the student. An official transcript bears the impression of the Seal of the College and the signature of the Registrar of the College. 

Requesting your transcript
Transcript requests cannot be accepted over the phone. You may request a transcript by coming into the Registrar’s Office to fill out a form or by filling out the following form and submitting it to the Registrar’s Office:

 

Transcript requests can be mailed, faxed, e-mailed or delivered in person to the Registrar’s Office. 

Please Note:  The Registrar's Office does not send transcripts electronically.  Official transcripts must be mailed.

Fees and payment options
As of July 1, 2015, we will no longer charge for transcripts. 
                
Processing time
The normal processing time for transcripts is 2-3 business days. Please note, during busy times of the year the processing time can take up to 5 days. Transcripts are processed in the order received.

The Registrar’s Office is open Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm. If you have any additional questions, please call or stop by the office.

Note: Transcripts will be withheld where a financial obligation remains.
