Employers

Contact us today about recruiting students and alumni from HC!

Thank you for your interest in recruiting Holy Cross students. The Holy Cross Center for Career Development partners with employers to facilitate the recruitment process. We follow the NACE Principles for Ethical Professional Practice. We look forward to supporting you as you engage with Holy Cross talent.

The Center for Career Development offers a variety of opportunities for organizations to connect with our students to meet their recruiting needs. In order to ensure equitable access to all opportunities for students, all on-campus recruiting activity taking place at Holy Cross must be coordinated through our office.  This provides streamlined communication with students, access to facilities, technology and catering, and promotional outreach to students, academic departments and student organizations. We ask that employers refrain from contacting academic departments, athletics, or students directly. The Center also offers a variety of events, workshops, and digital content that provide further opportunity for employers to engage with Holy Cross students.

All internship and full-time roles are shared with students via Handshake, our career management system. Handshake is offered as a service for our students and as a courtesy to employers. Please visit Handshake to register as an employer, post a job or internship, schedule interviews, or host an event.

Please contact the Center for Career Development at careers@holycross.edu or 508-793-3880 with any questions.

All organizations wishing to recruit Holy Cross students for employment, unless exempt by federal law, agree to recruit, hire, train and promote individuals without regard to race, color, religion, age, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, economic status, veteran status and/or disability. The College does not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, or any other protected categories in any of its programs or activities, and any otherwise qualified student may apply to take part in any listed program.
