Fall Gateways

Welcome, Class 2012!

As the Head Orientation Leader and the Director of Orientation and Transitition for the Gateways Orientation Program, we have the pleasure of welcoming you to the Holy Cross community!

Your first few days on campus will be full of fun and information as you take part in the Gateways Fall Orientation. New Student Orientation at Holy Cross is comprised of Gateways Summer Orientation, Passport, Odyssey for ALANA and International students, Gateways Fall Orientation, and Gateways Orientation for Transfer Students.

Gateways Fall Orientation kicks off with Move-In Day, August 30th. The schedule for Move-In Day will allow you the opportunity to get settled in your new residence as well as take care of various business related needs. Fall Orientation, occurring from August 30th to September 2nd, also offers a wide variety of academic, spiritual, community-building, and social programs and entails everything a Crusader needs during this crucial transition time. During Fall Orientation, you will get the chance to meet staff, faculty, administration, and most importantly your fellow classmates.

We will be welcoming you here on the hill Saturday, August 30th when you move into your new residence halls and will continue to work with you though Tuesday, September 2nd with the commencement of Extended Orientation. Classes begin Wednesday September 3rd. You will be able to view a more detailed schedule of program events in early August on our website for your convenience.

The Orientation Leaders and the entire Holy Cross community are looking forward to your arrival.

We’ll see you in August!
