Office of Orientation, Transition & Leadership

The Office of Orientation, Transition and Leadership (OTL) assists students and their parents with the transition to college life at Holy Cross and is responsible for a three-tier orientation program called Gateways (Summer Gateways, Fall Gateways and Extended Orientation). OTL also provides for personal leadership development and reflection by way of programs, workshops, conferences and leadership positions.
