On March 21, Paige Wesson '13, with the help of Holy Cross dietician Kathy Egan, and 45 student volunteers
from the Student Government Association (SGA), Healthy Eating and Lifestyle Peer Educators (HEAL),
Student Health Awareness Peer Educators (SHAPE) and Eco-Action "took over" the Kimball Dining Hall.
From 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. they served nearly 1,000 students, faculty and staff a menu based on
"wholesome, real food" recipes submitted by the Holy Cross community.
