As a society, our foodways are changing. Economic and cultural shifts are driving how we eat and what we eat. Complex food supply issues raise new questions; the answers are often unclear. Even with a foundation of solid scientific evidence, individuals must increasingly define for themselves – "What is healthy eating?"
Holy Cross Dining has always been committed to providing you with the very best in healthy cuisine. This year a Registered Dietitian joins our department with an emphasis on responding to the changes in our food culture and providing our community with the tools necessary to achieve nutritional health.
